This agreement is governed by Turkish law, including the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. It applies to purchases made through axios.com.tr or through our authorised representatives, regardless of the buyer's location.

Seller: AXIOS SOFT YAZILIM BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., Merkez Mh. Kağıthane Cd. Dap Vadisi Y Ofis No: 22 Kağıthane / İstanbul, Türkiye.

Buyer: any natural or legal person purchasing a service or product through axios.com.tr or through our authorised representative.

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the electronic ordering, by the Buyer, of the Seller's software products, AI modules and/or consulting services.

The service fee is collected in accordance with the payment plan specified in the proposal or contract. Invoices are issued in compliance with applicable regulations.

For digital services and software products, exceptions under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation may apply once performance of the service has begun; the scope of the right of withdrawal is specified separately at the proposal stage.

Any disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices, Türkiye.
